Do you mean linking to a specific post? If so, you can click on the timestamp for the post, and it will show the post on its own. Your colchique came out beautifully by the way. I'm so sorry to hear it doesn't fit you the way you had hoped. Happy New Year!
Jessica, you can just create a new blog and link it to this one, inviting only the participants of this current KAL to participate.
I don't think blogger allows you to create subset pages to a blog.
