Finished!

But I'm almost certain I'm the only one still reading this blog...

Anyway, I have now finished my Colchique and wear it all the time. Everything went quite smoothly, no ugly surprises when putting it all together. The sleeves are, as I suspected, slightly wide, as you can see in the picture, and the buttonpieces behave as one can expect and not as in the pattern picture.

Hope to see some more finished Colchiques here soon! I know I'm probably the last to finish, so please post pictures of your darlings.

beautiful! seriously, it looks lovely on you. bravo!

(ps - i'm still reading. i've been kind of stuck in mourning over the fact that my colchique is too large and may be destined for the frog pond.)

It's gorgeous! Mine is calling to me from the UFO pile! I can't wait to pick it up again now that all the holiday knitting is finished!

Are your sleeves different colors or is it the sun playing tricks?

No, that would be the sun. I did once knit a sweater with the sleeves a slightly different shade. It's not a thing you do again.

Oh, I love it! Great action shot of it too.

Okay, that's it. I officially need to make this. How the hell am I going to do so without adding to my stash is the question...
